This area is headed by Maimee Titmuss Morris (UK Sports Institute Performance Lifestyle Coach and well-being lead for the World Class Programme with British Gymnastics) and Jane Holden (UK Sports Institute Lifestyle coach and pathway well-being consultant / mental health instructor for TASS).
The resource goes on to demonstrate how you can effectively support the holistic development of a young athlete, ensuring they are ready for all the challenges that the sporting world and life in general will throw at them. It also lets you in on some of the secrets that professional sports people and their teams use on a daily basis.
