Gordon delivered an insightful workshop to parents involved in the first tier of our Talent Pathway, as part of our pilot project of Parental Engagement. Gordon tailored the content of the workshop to allow the parents to both relate and engage with the session, with a great balance of interaction through fun games and discussions. Gordon has lots of tools and ideas from his experiences as a coach and parent himself. Feedback from the parents has been very positive and we look forward to welcoming Gordon to our Aspire National Conference in February to deliver a workshop for coaches and furthermore, developing a future partnership with WWPIS.
