This video is an excellent example of how governing bodies and development officers are working hard to introduce the right environment for children in the best interests of the children and not the adults involved in the game.
It is not just limited to the NZ rugby union, the English RFU have made huge strides with the ‘New Rules of Play’ adopted in recent years and hopefully generations of children will benefit from such approaches.
